Welcome to Commercemesh. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, tools, services, and any associated software (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

CommerceMesh is building infrastructure for AI-native commerce. We provide open APIs and protocol specifications that enable developers and brands to plug into decentralized discovery, trust, and transaction layers. Some services are open-source; others are operated and maintained by CommerceMesh.ai, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

2.2 Developer Access

You may access our public APIs, documentation, and protocol specifications for purposes of integration, experimentation, and contribution.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
• Access non-public areas or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to build a directly competitive product without attribution.

3. Intellectual Property

• Open Protocols: Some parts of CommerceMesh are released under open-source licenses. Please refer to specific repositories for license terms.
• Trademarks & Branding: “CommerceMesh”, the CommerceMesh logo, and associated brand assets are owned by CommerceMesh.ai, Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may interface with external providers (e.g., Shopify, GitHub, Stripe). We do not control or assume liability for any third-party services or their terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free of bugs or vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommerceMesh.ai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
